Who We Are

Tritech started with a simple idea: a property shouldn’t need four different vendors to keep its gate opening, its doors locked, its cameras recording, and its office online.

For over 20 years we have been the one call for HOAs, property management companies, and commercial properties across California. We fabricate and automate gates, install access control and video surveillance, put in intercoms and entry systems, build and support the networks behind them, and keep the lights on in parking areas and common spaces.

Because we design and install every part of the system ourselves, the pieces work together — the intercom releases the gate, the cameras record the entry, the access log matches the footage, and the network carries all of it. When something needs attention, there is one number to call and one company responsible.

We are based in Claremont and licensed by the California Contractors State License Board. Every job comes with a written scope and price before work starts, and a real person on the phone after it’s done.
