Yes — they are most of our clients. We provide proposals, drawings, and reports written for board and owner approval, and we are used to scheduling around meetings, notices, and residents.

Do you service more than one property for the same manager?

Yes. Portfolio clients get the same systems, procedures, and contact across every site, with one dashboard and one number to call.

Do you offer maintenance agreements?

Can you take over a system another company installed?

Usually. We assess what is there, tell you what is worth keeping, and bring it up to standard. A gate and access safety audit is a good first step for an existing entrance.
