Sound Familiar?

The camera problems we replace most often — and what replaces them.

With an Old System

  • Grainy analog footage that can’t identify a face or a plate.
  • The recorder is full, overwriting after a few days — or stopped months ago.
  • Nobody knows the password, and only one person can view it, on site.
  • Cameras pointed at trees, glare, or the wrong door.
  • Cameras, gate, and access control from three vendors that don’t talk to each other.

With Tritech

  • HD IP cameras that hold detail day and night.
  • Storage sized to your retention needs, with alerts when anything stops recording.
  • Secure app access for the people who need it, from anywhere.
  • Coverage designed from a walk-through of your actual incidents.
  • One system, one contractor — cameras, access, intercom, and the network they run on.

How a Camera Project Works

From coverage plan to first clip export.

  1. Coverage Survey

We walk the property, note incident history and blind spots, and check lighting, mounting, and network paths.

  2. Design & Storage Sizing

Camera types and positions, recorder and storage sized to your retention needs, in a written scope and price.

  3. Installation & Network

Cameras, cabling, and recorder installed and configured on a network built to carry them.

  4. Training & Support

App access for your team, walkthrough of playback and export, and maintenance and cleaning options.

Common Questions

How long is footage kept?

As long as you need. Retention depends on camera count, resolution, and storage; most properties keep 30 to 90 days. We size the recorder to your requirement and can add storage later.

Can I watch the cameras from my phone?

Yes. Live view, playback, and clip export from a phone or PC, with separate accounts for managers, board members, and security so access can be granted and removed individually.

Do the cameras work at night?

Yes. We specify infrared or low-light cameras for the locations that need them and position lighting and cameras together so faces and plates stay readable after dark.

Wired or wireless?

Wired IP cameras on network cable are more reliable and carry power to the camera. Where trenching or cabling is impractical, we use point-to-point wireless links designed for the site.

Can you reuse our existing cameras or cabling?

Often, yes. Good-condition cabling and recent IP cameras can be kept; older analog cameras and coax are usually worth replacing. We tell you what to keep before you spend.

Cloud or local recording?

Either, or both. Local recording keeps footage on site and works without internet; cloud adds off-site copies and remote management. We recommend based on your bandwidth, budget, and how your team uses the system.
