Safety Photo eyes, edge sensors, and loops installed to current UL 325 safety standards, protecting people, vehicles, and the gate itself. A safety audit is available for existing gates.
Control Transmitters, keypads, telephone entry, and access control on one system, with a record of every open. Residents get one credential for the gate and the amenities.

Sound Familiar?

The everyday gate problems we get called about — and how they end.

With an Aging Gate

  • The gate sticks open on a weekend and residents call the board, not the vendor.
  • Safety devices are missing, bypassed, or were never installed.
  • One keypad code has been shared for years and nobody knows who has it.
  • Rust, sagging leaves, and a dragging bottom rail chew through hinges and rollers.
  • The gate company, the access company, and the electrician each blame the other.

With Tritech

  • Preventive maintenance and battery backup keep the gate cycling, with priority service when it doesn’t.
  • Photo eyes, edges, and loops installed and tested to current safety standards.
  • Personal codes and credentials that can be changed or cancelled in seconds.
  • Sagging leaves rehung, rails and hinges fabricated to match, finish restored.
  • One licensed contractor for the gate, the operator, the access control, and the wiring.

How a Gate Project Works

From the first measurement to the last safety test.

  1. Site Visit & Measurements

We measure the opening, check power and conduit, watch the traffic, and look at what the current gate is doing wrong.

  2. Design & Proposal

Operator, gate style, safety devices, and entry devices in a written scope and price — with drawings when we fabricate.

  3. Fabrication & Installation

Steelwork built in our shop, then installed with clean conduit, tuned loops, and tested safety devices.

  4. Training & Maintenance

We walk your manager through operation and codes, then keep it running under a maintenance agreement.

Common Questions

Can you repair my existing gate, or do I need a new one?

Most gates can be repaired. We replace worn hinges, rollers, chains, and boards, rehang sagging leaves, and fabricate matching sections. When an operator is at the end of its life or a gate is unsafe to keep, we’ll tell you before you spend money on it.

Slide gate or swing gate?

Swing gates suit driveways with room to open inward and a traditional look. Slide and cantilever gates suit sloped or short approaches and high-traffic entrances. We recommend based on your opening, grade, traffic, and the look you want.

What safety devices does an automatic gate need?

Current UL 325 standards call for at least two independent means of entrapment protection — typically photo eyes and edge sensors — plus proper signage and vehicle detection. We install and test them on every operator, and we can audit an existing gate.

How long does an installation take?

An operator replacement is usually a day. A new automated entrance with fabrication, conduit, and loops typically runs one to two weeks including shop time. Your proposal will include the schedule.

Do you handle HOA approvals and permits?

We provide drawings, specifications, and photos for your board or architectural committee, and we pull permits when the work requires them.

Do you offer a maintenance agreement?

Yes. Scheduled inspections of the operator, safety devices, hinges, rollers, and loops, with priority service and predictable pricing. It is the best way to keep a gate off the emergency list.
