Convenience Residents and staff answer the gate from their phone and let a guest in with one tap — from the couch or across town. No more driving to the gate to meet a visitor.
Security See and speak to whoever is at the entrance before anything opens, with a record of every call and release. Faces on camera, not just voices on a speaker.
Deliveries Packages, food, and service vendors handled with time-limited codes instead of a gate code everyone knows. The shared code that leaked years ago finally retires.
Integration One system that talks to your gate operator, access control, and cameras, installed by the contractor who handles all of them. An intercom call, a gate release, and a camera clip in one event.

What’s Included

From the panel at the gate to the app in a resident’s pocket.

Video Intercoms

Weatherproof video panels for vehicle gates, pedestrian gates, and lobbies, with clear two-way audio and a wide-angle camera.

Audio & Telephone Entry

Directory-based telephone entry and audio intercoms that call a resident’s phone — cellular or internet, no landline required.

Mobile Release

Residents and managers answer video calls and release the gate or door from an app, wherever they are.

Resident Directory & Codes

On-screen directory, personal entry codes, and a management portal to add or remove residents in minutes.

Visitor & Delivery Management

Time-limited guest and delivery codes, virtual keys, and an event log of who came in and when.

Gate, Access & Camera Integration

Intercom releases wired into your operators and door hardware, tied to your access control and cameras.

Ways to Answer the Door

Match the entrance to the people who use it — residents, staff, guests, and deliveries don’t all need the same thing.

Sound Familiar?

The entrance headaches a modern intercom ends.

With a Shared Gate Code

  • Every delivery driver, ex-resident, and contractor knows the code — and it hasn’t changed in years.
  • Guests wait at the gate while a resident drives over to let them in.
  • The old telephone entry needs a landline and drops calls.
  • There is no record of who was let in or when.
  • The intercom, the gate, and the cameras were installed by three different companies.

With Tritech

  • Personal and time-limited codes that can be cancelled the moment someone leaves.
  • A video call to the resident’s phone and a one-tap release, from anywhere.
  • Cellular or internet calling — no landline, no dropped calls.
  • Every call, code, and release logged and matched to camera footage.
  • One contractor for the panel, the operator, the access control, and the network.

How an Intercom Project Works

From entrance walk-through to the first video call.

  1. Entrance Walk-Through

We look at each gate, lobby, and door, the operators and locks already there, and how residents and visitors arrive.

  2. Design & Proposal

Panels, calling method, directory setup, and integrations in a written scope and price.

  3. Installation & Integration

Panels mounted and wired to your operators and door hardware, connected to access control and cameras.

  4. Resident Setup & Training

Directory loaded, residents onboarded to the app, and your manager trained on adding, removing, and codes.

Common Questions

Do residents need a landline?

No. Modern systems call a mobile phone, a home phone, or an app over cellular or internet service. Landlines are optional.

Does everyone need a smartphone?

No. The intercom can call any phone number, and residents without smartphones can use personal entry codes or cards. The app is an option, not a requirement.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Entry codes and credentials continue to work locally at the panel, and cellular-connected systems keep calling. We design each entrance so a network outage doesn’t lock people out.

Can one system release both the vehicle gate and the lobby door?

Yes. A single system can manage multiple entrances — vehicle gates, pedestrian gates, lobby doors, and amenity doors — each with its own release.

How are residents added and removed?

From a web portal or app, in minutes. Move-ins and move-outs are a few clicks; nothing needs to be re-programmed at the panel.

Can I see who came in?

Yes. Every call, code use, and release is logged with a time stamp, and video intercoms capture an image of the visitor.
